How do I order?
- Simply check your postcode is in our free delivery area (contact us if it’s not we can deliver larger orders to custom areas)
- Register for your free online account you will need a valid form of I.d.
- Browse our online shop including drinks and snacks
- Add to cart and pick your two-hour delivery slot
- Checkout and wait for your email confirmation
- Your order is on its way listen out for the door and have your ID ready to show to the delivery driver. Social distancing will apply.
How are you maintaining social Distancing?
The safety of our staff and clients is of the utmost importance.
Our warehouse is not open to the public and our delivery drivers collect from a loading bay. Our products are supplied in disposable packaging so you may remove them from this before bringing inside if you wish. Our drivers carry hand sanitiser and will follow the following non-contact process.
- Knock/ring the doorbell of the delivery address
- Step back 2 metres and wait for the door to open
- Ask to see the form of Id matching the account
- Once happy, drivers will ask you to step back and place your delivered items on the doorstep

How much is Delivery ?
Delivery is free within our delivery area.
For larger orders or outside of our delivery area please contact us.
Cant you deliver to ...?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical UK permanent address with a UK postcode (this does not include boats, caravans, motor homes or parcel lockers).
We cannot deliver to shared reception areas of blocks of flats.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes we do our minimum order value £12
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?
Failure to cancel delivery ie no show on arrival will result in a £10 fee the fee is designed to cover the cost and to keep our service running smoothly.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in your account being suspended.
I cant find my favourite wine can you stock it?
We keep our prices competitive by having contracts with existing suppliers. Although we can source alternative products we cannot sell them at the competitive prices of our frequently stocked drinks.
We are happy to take suggestions for new stock to be added to our current drinks list.
Are you registered with the Food standards Agency?
Yes, we are pleased to say we have a food hygiene rating of 5 on the food standards agency scheme and are registered as a food business with Dacorum Borough Council who are our local environmental health . Copies of the Certificate and inspection are available to view if required by your venue.
I want to return a product, can I do this?
Absolutely. We will collect any unused product still sealed in a resellable condition for a full refund. If that item was part of a multi-pack or a party pack the price will be for the value of that item singularly (though we reserve the right to decline this if not an item we sell individually, or it contravenes the brand’s resale guidelines).
Something is wrong / broken or I don’t like my substitution
No problem just contact us to collect it and we will notify you when the item is back in stock if we cannot provide an immediate replacement.
Can we hire glasses?
Absolutely. Please contact us for a quote. We can also supply tables, benches, table linen and gazebos along with a full range of event décor, decorations and balloons.
We need larger quantities delivered for a wedding or a corporate event can you do this?
Absolutely. We can supply quotes for larger quantities for delivery only or we can supply an entire staffed bar see our bar hire page for full details. Bar hire is usually free.
